Sareena Chopra, M.D.

Dr. Chopra provides integrative care that supports your child’s physical and emotional well-being, now and in the future. Recognized for her compassionate, collaborative style, she works closely with families to help children find balance, build resilience, and grow to their fullest potential. Her care is evidence-based, personalized, and centered on the foundations of wellness including nutrition, sleep, exercise and connection. 

With 25 years of clinical experience in pediatrics and an education from the University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson Medical College, and training at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, Dr. Chopra has cared for children in multiple inpatient and outpatient settings. Her work has spanned private practice, Stanford Children’s Health, and UCSF Pediatrics.  Additionally, she has pursued advanced study in Pediatric Integrative Medicine, an evidence-based discipline that brings a broader lens to both acute illnesses and chronic conditions.  The result is care that is thorough, thoughtful and shaped by the latest research.  

Dr Chopra is also trained in mind-body medicine and supports emotional well-being with practical tools to help children manage stress, navigate anxiety, and develop a growth mindset. She values guiding children, teens, and young adults as they cultivate self-awareness, confidence, and independence.

Dr. Chopra herself enjoys yoga, being outdoors, travel, and time with her husband and son.
