Great news! We’ve enhanced our staff and increased our practice bandwidth with the hire of a new patient coordinator, Laura Lombardi. Laura comes to us with 12+ years of medical office experience, bringing kind, personable, excellent patient care and service to our practice.
Laura most recently worked right next door at Interactive Wellness as an office manager and assistant to one of the physicians. Besides raising her own three daughters, she has also spent time working as a Pre-School Substitute Teacher in Menlo Park and as a Kindergarten Aide in the Palo Alto School District.
She has a business degree from San Francisco State; studied Language and Art at the Sorbonne University in Paris and is currently working on obtaining her Medical Assistant certification in California.
Fun fact: All three of Laura’s daughters had Dr. Cisco as their pediatrician while he was at Menlo Medical Clinic! Her youngest attends Palo Alto High School and her two older daughters are students at Sacramento State and the University of San Francisco.
Laura and her sweet dog, Chloe, are so happy to be here greeting our wonderful families each day and taking your calls.
